The Urban Tier on Tier Shutter uses custom polysilk vinyl. Tier on Tier Shutters consists of two separate panels that move independently. An ideal solution to easily access upper windows while maintaining privacy in the lower section. Suitable for Hinged Shutters. with a maximum of two panels. Not available for Double Hinged or configurations that require T posts.
