Urban Café Style Shutters features a hinged shutter that covers the lower section of the window. The style provides a very specific look and is specified to allow for the light to come in through the top of the window while still providing a degree of privacy. Suitable for Hinged, Double Hinged, or Bay Window Shutters.

Adjustable by tilting the slat. Allows for views and full privacy.
The top portion of the window is uncovered. Lower Shutter is adjustable by tilting the slat / Diffused light.
Slats (connected by a tilt rod) can be adjusted by hand. The Entire Shutter can be opened for access or cleaning.
Can be dusted and cleaned with a wet cloth.
Windows where a mixture of privacy, sun control, and views are required. Suitable for moist areas.
The Contempo Z frame option is great for covering uneven windows.
Areas that require light control Very narrow windows. Areas that do not have space or have obstructions to hinge open.
